Membership Tiers and Benefits

We offer two tiers of membership for independent consultants, namely Associate and Premium. The benefits members can receive based on the respective tiers are as follows:

*Billing will be done on a pro-rata annual basis based on the date membership is approved, and according to the Hub’s financial year, which runs from 1 July to 30 June.

**Members joining before July 2026 will be billed for their 2027 membership and receive May and June 2026 for free. The full 2027 membership invoice will need to be paid before your membership profile is activated.

All applications will be considered/evaluated on a case-for-case basis on the merits of the application. Successful applicants will be notified and a membership invoice issued. Where appropriate, an interview with a prospective member might be arranged to discuss the information provided through the application process.

In exceptional cases, where the applicant does not hold any tertiary qualifications, their qualification based on workplace experience can be considered in lieu of a formal qualification where there is sufficient documented evidence of competency and expertise. In such cases, additional application costs may be incurred through the vetting process.

  • Membership in the Hub is voluntary.
  • The Hub may admit members that meet the criteria determined by the board of directors from time to time.
  • Membership shall be non-voting, and members shall not be entitled to participate in, or vote at, any meeting of the Hub, nor to appoint or remove directors.
  • Members shall not acquire any proprietary interest in, or right to, the assets or property of the Hub.
  • The Board may from time to time prescribe rules relating to:
    • the qualifications for admission as a member.
    • categories or classes of membership.
    • privileges or benefits of members.
    • the termination or suspension of membership.
  • Members may receive notices, communication, and participate in activities of the Hub as determined by the Board.
  • Members shall not have any fiduciary duty or legal obligation in respect of the governance or management of the Hub.
  • Membership shall not entitle any member to inspect the Hub’s accounting records or minutes of meetings, except as determined by the Board.
  • Only Directors shall exercise voting powers in the governance of the Hub.
  • Members shall have no voting rights on any matter whatsoever, including:
    • the appointment or removal of directors.
    • the approval of annual financial statements.
    • the winding-up or dissolution of the Hub.
  • Membership may be terminated by:
    • written resignation by the member.
    • failure to comply with any membership conditions determined by the board.
    • a resolution of the Board.
  • Upon termination, all rights and privileges of membership in the Hub shall immediately cease.
  • The Hub’s financial year (membership term) runs from July to June.
  • Billing will be done on a pro-rata annual basis based on date membership is approved.
  • If membership is cancelled (for whatever reason), no refunds will be passed.
  • Membership will auto-renew at the start of the Hub’s financial year (July) at the new revised annual fees unless the membership is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the start of the new membership year.

*Billing will be done on a pro-rata annual basis based on the date membership is approved. If membership is approved in April 2026, the price will be pro-rated to two full months (in line with the Hub financial year). If membership is approved in August 2027, the 2027 pricing will be pro-rated to 10 full months in stead of the full annual fee.

**Membership will auto-renew at the start of the Hub’s financial year (July) at the new revised annual fees unless the membership is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the start of the new membership year.

***If annual membership is not cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the start of the new membership year, the full annual membership rate will be charged at the new annual rate.
