The Total Reward Knowledge Hub NPC (TRKH) (the Hub) is a non-profit platform dedicated to:

• Providing an inclusive platform for thought leadership, discussions, and best practices in Total Reward Management.
• Supporting and empowering consultants by fostering opportunities to share expertise, network, and contribute to the advancement of Total Reward practices.
• Bridging expertise and client needs through dynamic Total Reward webinars, seminars, coaching, and training—fostering impactful learning and collaboration for industry professionals.
• Driving innovation and growth in the field of Total Rewards by addressing industry trends, governance requirements, and global challenges.
• Operating with integrity and purpose by reinvesting resources into the platform’s development, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact.

Our vision is to be the leading non-profit platform where Total Reward consultants and clients connect, collaborate, and contribute, shaping the future of businesses through total reward knowledge-sharing, innovation, and thought leadership for the greater good of the industry.

We offer membership to quality independent consultants, operating in the field of Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits), that meet certain minimum criteria.

Clients, and/or potential clients, can view our member listing and engage with the Hub for their total reward requirements and enquiries through live consultations and/or RFPs. 

Sponsors can sponsor our events and services to gain exposure to the market and promote their own products and services to our members and clients.
